Emma is a Level 7 qualified Specialist Teacher with over 15 years’ experience across state and independent schools. She currently works at an independent school in Oxfordshire, supporting neurodivergent students aged 5–18, many of whom face challenges like low self-esteem and anxiety. With a First-Class Honours degree in Psychology (BSc) and advanced qualifications in specialist teaching and assessment, Emma offers one-to-one study skills support from primary age through to A Level.

A former Senior Houseparent and parent herself, Emma understands the pressures young people face and is known for her ability to inspire, support wellbeing, and help students thrive. She is completing a Masters and training as a Family Therapist at the University of Bath, combining therapeutic and educational expertise to offer holistic, integrated support.

Emma is also a Trustee of the Iuventas Foundation, a charity supporting young people aged 11–23, particularly in disadvantaged communities. She leads on Safeguarding and SEN and contributes to the charity’s strategic growth across Oxfordshire.

She is a member of PATOSS, the British Psychological Society, and the Association of Family Therapy. Outside of work, Emma enjoys countryside time with her young family and is excited to bring her passion to her role at CSGA.
