Bex recently joined Caro Strover-Green & Associates as an Assistant Educational Psychologist. She is passionate about applying psychology to classroom learning and crafting recommendations to help students reach their full potential.With over 15 years of experience as a specialist SEN teacher, Bex has taught in both mainstream and special needs schools, spanning Early Years to Post-16 education. Her work in special needs schools focused on students with autism, emphasising behavior as communication and specialist teaching strategies.After earning her Bachelor’s in Education (Hons) from Plymouth University, Bex completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Autism at Birmingham University, with a focus on sensory integration. She recently completed her Master’s degree in Psychology of Education at Bristol University (alongside fellow assistant Millie). Her master’s research explored the impact of female masking on autism diagnosis.Bex is a mother of two young children and aspires to pursue a doctorate in Psychology of Education.
