Sonja Bates is the Principal Administrative Assistant for Caro Strover, her Associates & Assistant Psychologists.

Sonja is Postgraduate level educated and an experienced administrator who has worked for the Caro Strover ‘team’ for many years.

Sonja manages initial email communication between parents, schools and the psychologists collecting date, confirming the arrangements, queries and payments before an assessment. 

Sonja professionally handles sensitive information using a secure GDPR recognised system and processes the received background information on the children/young people as the initial part of the planning for the assessment. 

 She organises and manages the appointment calendar and works with both Apple and Microsoft software.
